Goto Gdax.com and login with your Coinbase Account.
Upload a second verification-document.
Click "Deposit" on the top left corner, Select "Coinbase Account" and transfer your Bitcoins.
After you recieved your Bitcoins on GDAX, select Withdraw and goto "BTC Adress".

After you select IOTA you can insert your Price and Amount in the windows in the middle at the bottom. If you want to buy IOTA as fast as possible you can keep the preselected price and choose "100%" to use all your Bitcoins.
